Terms and Conditions for Marouane Bah's Real Estate Investment Opportunity

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the real estate investment opportunity offered by Marouane Bah. By participating in this investment, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read these terms carefully before making any financial commitments.

2. Investment Opportunity

Marouane Bah offers individuals and businesses the opportunity to invest in real estate projects with a structured return schedule as follows:

► Year 1: 25% profit on the initial investment.

► Year 2: 50% profit on the initial investment.

► Year 3: 75% profit on the initial investment.

► Year 4: 100% profit, effectively doubling the initial investment.

3. Minimum Investment

The minimum investment required to participate in this program is $1,000. Investments exceeding this amount are subject to the same profit structure mentioned above.

4. Withdrawal Policy

Investors have the flexibility to withdraw their funds at any time. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing or through the official investment portal. The profit applicable at the time of withdrawal is determined as follows:

⦿ Within 2 Years: 50% profit.

⦿ Within 3 Years: 75% profit.

Note: Withdrawals processed before the 1-year mark may only be eligible for the original amount invested.

7. Profit Calculation
